The entire productive cycle of
Recoplast is supervised, with constant quality controls, starting from
the raw materials. During the moulding phase a first mechanical control
is carried out by the machines themselves, by means of defective parts.
But
this is not all. The person is in charge periodically takes a sample of
the moulds, on which an analytical laboratory control is made:
dimensional and capacity tests, notification and inspection of the
moulds. During the assembly phase the procedure is analogous: the
photoelectric cells of the machines individualize and expel badly
assembles parts and eventual defects in the introduction of the
silicagel. Moreover, an operator continuously inspects the running of
the whole process. If the product is for pharmaceutical business, the
assembly takes place in dehumidified rooms, protected from negative
environmental incidences.
